Use of Service

IR Downloader provides a tool to download publicly available Instagram Reels. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Free Service & Rate Limits

IR Downloader is provided free of charge. No account is required to use the Service. To keep the Service fast and available for everyone, we may enforce daily download limits per device. These limits may change over time and are subject to fair-use enforcement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The IR Downloader service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Content downloaded through IR Downloader remains the intellectual property of its original creators. You are responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded content complies with copyright laws and Instagram's terms of service. IR Downloader does not claim ownership of any content downloaded through the Service.

Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IR Downloader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors in downloaded content

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
